2012 Workshops
Our textile, sewing and creative workshops are held in Warwickshire and are suitable for all ages and abilities, we even have some sessions for preschoolers and their carers to enjoy together.

As always, every workshop includes limitless hot and cold drinks and delicious homemade cakes!

Union Flag Workshop      Saturday 30th June 2012                                9.30am - 1pm
Start our summer sewing session making your own tote bag with a funky Union flag design. Using a combination of simple machine and hand stitches, you’ll create a stylish shoulder or hand tote bag. These lovely cotton bags are perfect for carrying a spot of shopping, or taking your favourite magazine into a sunny corner of the garden, and chilling out!
Suitable for beginners to skilled seamstresses, this workshop is £25.

Summer Bunting Workshop     Saturday 30th June 2012                                2pm - 5pm
Continue our summer workshop creating a string of big bunting for your summer celebrations, using simple machine and hand stitches you'll return home with beautiful bunting and a wealth of skills to make metres more!
Suitable for beginners to skilled seamstresses, this workshop is £25.

Parent and Toddler Session      Friday 6th July 2012                                10am - noon
Get creative with the smaller members of your family without the hassle or mess, and take home a practical bag with your very own design on it. Create your bag's design using ribbon, glitter, fabric pens, pom poms and sequins.
This session includes cakes and drinks for parents and children and costs £10

Textile Wall Hanging Workshop     Saturday 4th August 2012                                9.30am-1.30pm
Set your creativity free, enjoy rumaging through interesting fabrics and get lost in the process of making a fabulous wall hanging for your home, or as a present. This workshop will use a variety of techniques and materials including machine and hand embroidery.
Suitable for beginners to skilled seamstresses, this workshop is £25.
Decoupage Workshop     Saturday 4th August 2012                                2.30pm-4.30pm
This 2 hour workshop is an introduction to the paper craft of decoupage. Choose from a range of card trinket boxes to decorate with patterned decoupage papers, and adorn with glitter, ribbon and buttons. Another wonderful passtime to get lost in, you'll wonder where the time has flown!
Suitable for all ages and experience, this workshop is £15.
Pump Bag Workshop     Thursday 13th September 2012                                10am-1pm
A back to school workshop creating an easy peasy pump bag - you won't believe how simple this is! join us while the children are at school for a fun and productive way to spend a September thursday.
